01 / What SiteCop inspects

Beyond “is it online?”
Is it working?

The $199 report focuses on these checks across your homepage and up to nine other public pages. Findings describe the selected pages at the time of inspection.

Availability & HTTPS

Check the selected pages at the time of inspection.

  • Page availability
  • HTTPS and certificate status

Links & images

Find broken references on the selected pages.

  • Broken links
  • Missing images

Forms & contact paths

Review the ways visitors can reach you.

  • Visible form and contact paths
  • One contact form test, with permission and an agreed method

Speed & presentation

  • Desktop and mobile presentation
  • Basic speed checks

Page titles & SEO basics

Look for foundational search presentation issues.

  • Page titles
  • Basic SEO issues

Accessibility basics

Identify observable usability barriers.

  • Basic accessibility issues
  • Findings and suggested fixes, not certification

One website, up to 10 public pages. No repairs, historical uptime measurement, full-site crawl, penetration test or accessibility certification is included. Larger sites need a separate quote. The report identifies checks that could not be completed.

02 / The Site Citation Report

Clear findings.
Practical next steps.

A citation is a problem to address, not a pile of technical jargon.

Your paid report explains what was observed, where it was found, why it matters and what to do next. It also identifies checks that could not be completed.

$199 USD, one time. One website: the homepage plus up to nine customer-selected public pages. Receive a private, human-reviewed report within three business days after payment, page selection and any needed testing permission.

  • Priorities you can understand
  • Page or asset involved
  • Supporting observations
  • Suggested corrections and follow-up

Questions before the first patrol

Know what
to expect.

Is this an instant automated scan?

No. Site Citation Reports are based on assisted reviews. The $199 one-time package buys human interpretation and priorities, not an automated tool export. Review the package and order through PayPal. Automated monitoring and a customer dashboard are planned as the service develops.

What is included in the paid Site Citation Report?

For $199 USD one time, we review one website’s homepage plus up to nine public pages you select. Checks cover page availability, HTTPS and certificate status, broken links and missing images on those pages, desktop and mobile presentation, basic speed, visible form and contact paths, page titles, and basic accessibility and SEO issues. One contact form test is included only with your permission and an agreed test method. Your private report shows each finding, location, priority and suggested fix. See the full scope and order.

Will SiteCop submit my forms or place test orders?

The $199 report includes one contact form test only with the owner’s permission and an agreed test method. We do not place orders or make payments as part of this package. Additional customer-journey testing needs a separate scope and quote.

Is SiteCop a cybersecurity or compliance audit?

SiteCop focuses on website inspection and operational issues. Suspicious changes and visible malware indicators can be flagged, but the service is not penetration testing, incident response, a malware-free guarantee or an accessibility-compliance certification.

When will I receive my report?

Within three business days after payment, page selection and any needed testing permission. Returning from PayPal or submitting details does not itself confirm payment; we verify the transaction before work begins.

What is outside the $199 package?

No repairs, historical uptime measurement, full-site crawl, penetration test or accessibility certification is included. Larger sites get a separate quote. Only the selected public pages are inspected.

Does SiteCop fix the problems it finds?

The report recommends corrections. Repair work, implementation and any additional fees are discussed and agreed separately. You can also share the report with your existing developer or service provider.

Are the monthly plans active automatically?

No. The displayed prices are the starting plan options for discussion. Covered sites, checks, frequency, alert methods and the start date must be confirmed before activation or billing. The monthly-plan inquiry form does not enroll you in a subscription or collect payment.

Can agencies and domain owners use SiteCop?

Yes, inquiries are welcome from agencies, developers and portfolio owners. Tell us about the properties you manage, the checks you need and your reporting requirements so a suitable scope can be discussed.

What access do you need?

Start with the public website address. Do not send passwords, private keys or payment details through this form. Any access beyond public pages, DNS information or owner-provided renewal details will be arranged separately and with permission.
